Item Availability
We strive to keep all items
available all of the time. But that is an impossible task.
If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be notified
in the item description shown in your shopping cart. If you
choose to continue with the order, your out of stock
item(s) will be placed on back order and we will ship as
soon as new inventory becomes available. We will also send
an "out of stock notice" to the email address provided with
your order to advise you of the time frame in which we
expect to be able to fulfill your order.
Shipping
Two different shipping options are
available and each has two possible shipping methods which
we will choose at our discretion.
Standard
ground will be shipped either by USPS First Class
Mail or UPS ground.
Expedited shipping is
delivered by USPS Priority Mail or 2-Day Air. Shipping
charges are based on your order total and will be clearly
displayed in your shopping cart before you finalize your
order.
Returns
Your satisfaction is 100%
guaranteed by our generous replacement or
refund policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for
ANY reason you may return it (including all original
packaging) within 10 days of receipt for immediate
replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No
questions asked... we just want happy, satisfied customers.

We do not sell, share, give, or in
any other way disclose your personal information to ANYONE.
Period. We do not retain, or even have access to, your
credit card number and other information pertaining to it.
We do not, and will not, contact you for any reason except

don't even do any follow up marketing to our customers...
but we should. If we choose to do so in the future, first
we'll ask your permission to send you further
communications, and we'll give you a legitimate option to
